COLLECT IN STORE

For your convenience, we offer a Collect in Store option. Once your payment is processed and your order is ready, our aftersales team will contact you to arrange a time and date when you may collect your goods in store.

To collect in store, you will be required to produce your proof of purchase along with proof of ID, for example a driving license or valid credit or debit card. Please be aware that you must be in receipt of a proof of purchase document before you arrive to collect your item.

Should you change your mind and wish to have your order shipped, please contact our aftersales team on 01642 628 180 with your order number.
