the world cup. Your competitive pricing did not

provide.The initial experience of shopping in the
store, to the first class delivery service. The 2
delivery lads were superb, friendly and very
obliging.

I just wanted to tell you how very impressed I have
been with the service your staff have given over the
purchase of our sofas.
Everything has gone like
clockwork, and everyone I have dealt with has been
polite, efficient and helpful. Given that the sofas
were being delivered to an address a hundred miles
away from where we live, I was so very impressed
that Mandy was able to arrange a delivery on a day
to suit us, and not expect us to fit around your
schedule, as some other companies have done. Your
delivery men were also very professional, and
managed to make getting our sofas into our first
floor flat look perfectly easy, which I’m sure it
wasn’t.
All in all, we have had a first class
service, and please pass on our thanks to your
excellent staff. By the way, (we haven’t unpacked
them yet as we’re still decorating), but the sofas
look lovely too!

We purchased a couple of tables from your company
and they were delivered to us at our home in Glasgow
last week. We are delighted with the tables and the
personal letter was a really nice gesture. Your
company certainly beats the large department store
in Glasgow, Frasers, where will originally saw the
tables, on price and customer service. Once again
many thanks and we will tell our friends and family
to check out your website when buying furniture

service we received, the shop floor staff, the
product, delivery, and fitting were outstanding,
even to the point of laying a cloth on the floor and
removing his shoes, absolutley brilliant service,our

I have just got back
from holiday and picked up my chairs from where
we agreed they would be delivered to. I also got
your note, hence why I'm writing back. I feel it
necessary to say how impressed I have been; the
man I originally spoke to was friendly and very
helpful, Rob liaised with my partner, Vicki, and
ensured that the delivery went well too. I
thought your note was redolent of a type of
service that you don't see or hear of that often

Suite yesterday. Suite looks lovely, the "boss" at
home is happy. Guys delivered pretty much on time as

Hi there,
I just wanted to write a quick note to say 'thank you' for
the excellent service I received from you recently.
I ordered a breakfast table which was delivered promptly
before Christmas (as promised) and on delivery the guys were
extremely helpful (even taking the rubbish away after
putting the table together).
I wish more companies were as thoughtful and on the ball as
