This is just a shot a short letter to say thank you to the vinyl layers who did a first class job in the laying of the vinyl to the hall, downstairs toilet and kitchen. Everything was perfect even down to the black stripe which was inlaid into the vinyl floor following the bull nose at the bottom stair tread... a real credit to your craftsman. We would also like to thank your carpet fitter, again for an outstanding first-class job he made of fitting striped carpet to the stairs and landing. He even fitted full underlay right down the stairs instead of the usual underlay just on the stair treads themselves. Finally Peter I would like to thank you for the time and commitment that you have shown us, something which is very getting very rare these days. The thought given to your follow-up letter was much appreciated - thank you. Even before I received this I had in mind to write to say how impressed we have been with the service: from the time of my initial enquiry, the three ladies I have spoken to throughout have been most helpful, and friendly while still being courteous and efficient. You may or may not have heard that one of the glass shelves suffered a slight chip during assembly. This was a most unfortunate accident, and not due to any mishandling. Fulsome apologies were given at the time by the delivery man, who reported it straightaway, and the matter was followed up by a telephone call from the office that same afternoon. The 'hiccup' was thus dealt with speedily, and I am pleased to say the replacement shelf was received from Ernest Menard this afternoon. The cabinet houses my collection of glass custard cups - and looks great! I have already spoken highly of you to friends, and will continue to do so. Yours sincerely

I recently bought a house which needed a new floor fitting downstairs so I aquired Peter's services and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the future. He was very helpful in advising what the best type of floor would be for the room and was always very approachable and contactable throughout the whole process. As there was a lot of work to do in my house I had to delay the floor going in until this was finished and Peter ensured that he worked to fit in with my schedule and was very understanding of my situation. When the floor was fitted the standard was excellent and the whole process was done very promptly and tidily.
